Members can cancel or update a payment method any time in Settings. For refunds, duplicate charges or anything unclear on your statement, see the cancellation and refund policy and email us — please include the email address on your account.

To request a copy of your data or delete your account, email us from your account address. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
What we can't help with
We're an educational planning tool, so we can't give personalised financial, legal or tax advice, negotiate with your creditors, or access your bank or credit accounts.
