What we collect
Account details (your email address and, optionally, your name), the planning figures you enter (monthly net income, essential expenses, debt names, balances, interest rates and minimum payments), your check-in history, and basic technical information needed to run the service securely.
Why we collect it
To create your account, save your plan between visits, calculate your projections, and provide support. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Payment information
Card details are collected and stored by our payment provider, not by us. We receive only the information needed to manage your membership: your customer and subscription reference, plan, status and renewal date.
Who can see your figures
Your data is stored in our database with per-user access rules, so your rows are readable only by your own logged-in account. Staff access is limited to what is needed to fix a problem you report.
Service providers
We use third parties to host the app, store data and process payments. They handle data on our instructions and under their own security obligations.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. Email support@debtexitmethod.com to request a copy of your data or to have your account and figures deleted; we action deletion requests within 30 days, apart from records we must keep for tax or accounting purposes.
Cookies
We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and to run checkout securely. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
