1. What this service is
The Debt Exit Method is an educational debt-payoff planning tool. You enter your income, essential expenses and debt balances, and the app produces projections based only on the numbers you enter. Projections are estimates, not promises. We are not a financial adviser, lender, credit-repair service or debt-settlement company, and nothing in the app is financial, legal or tax advice.
2. Your account
You need an account to use paid features. Keep your login details secure and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Membership and billing
Membership costs $10 per month or $110 per year, in US dollars, charged in advance. Membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file, until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time in Settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refund requests are handled under our cancellation and refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempting to break the membership gate, no scraping or reselling the app, no uploading unlawful content, and no interfering with other members' accounts.
6. Your data
You keep ownership of the figures you enter. We store them so the app can show your plan across sessions. See the Privacy Policy for details, including how to delete your data.
7. No guarantees
Projected payoff dates, projected interest and scenario comparisons depend entirely on the numbers you enter and on your future payments. Real results vary — interest rates change, balances change, and life happens. We make no guarantee of any particular savings, payoff date or outcome. The service is provided "as is", and to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid for membership in the 12 months before the claim.
