Pricing
Membership is $10 per month or $110 per year (best value — $10 less than paying monthly for twelve months). Both plans include every feature. Prices are in US dollars and charged in advance.
How to cancel
Sign in, open Settings, and choose “Manage or cancel membership”. You can also email support@debtexitmethod.com and we'll cancel it for you.
What happens after you cancel
Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then access to the paid features ends. Your saved figures remain in your account if you come back.
Refunds
If you're not happy with your membership, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund that charge in full — no explanation needed. After 14 days, monthly charges are generally non-refundable, but we review annual charges case by case and will always consider accidental or duplicate payments.
Duplicate or unrecognised charges
Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually resolve it the same day. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
